Hypocritical "Picture-ready" district with poor communication and poor modeling

Diverse student body, small town school feel

Cons

Very low wages, and benefits are laughable. Your family will need to be on Medical Assistance if you work here. Staff lacks diversity, COLD staff members that refuse to trust anyone, poor communication, APs have pathetic management skills. Overall toxic environment

Pros

-innovative district -Spanish immersion program -transparency between upper level management and teachers -technology district -parent involvement -small enough district so you don't just feel like a number, but large enough to mirror neighboring districts -highly inclusive classrooms -good starting pay (at immersion) -excellent superintendent

Cons

- sometimes communication falls short between middle management and teaching staff -parent frustration with Schoology -resources aren't always readily available
