Pros

Small community schools and great kids! Work life balance is good because you'll have very few hours. You'll probably have to get another job in addition to working there.

Cons

Where to begin- The pay is very low and you are paid twice a month. The hours per week and per year are terrible. If you are a person of color, wear your winter coat year round because the atmosphere is COLD. You won't be trusted, ever and no one will make you feel welcome. Best bet is to keep moving on to a more hospitable location.
