      Pros

      The Physicians are pretty good, long term co workers are good workers who know their job.

      Cons

      An awful place to work in the last 5 years, the current administrative team we have all the way down to the directors, they are not healthy for the continued positive growth of the Springfield Clinic. As an employee we are certainly doomed if the current trajectory doesn't change, the Physicians need to remember they are ultimately the backbone of the Springfield Clinic and need to decide how they want the Clinc represented. Its not a positive outlook currently in our community.
