      Great Company to work for, not very transparent with pay increases

      Pros

      Great leadership, sense of community, and flexibility in your work schedule. In my department, there is no micromanagement. If you get your work done, no questions are asked of you. They promote career growth and provide ample opportunities for further educating yourself within your position or any position you would like to go int.

      Cons

      Not much transparency about how pay increases work.

      Keep looking, you can do better. Get a job at HSHS, Memorial, or SIU, if you can.

      Pros

      Decent Benefits (Cigna) but not great. Employees have co-pays even at own clinic. You're screwed if you have to leave network.

      Cons

      Understaffed everywhere despite incredible volume of patients seen everyday. Pay is much lower than competative market. If employee is not a Doctor or Nurse you have no value. Evaluations are pro-rated for years of service, time in dept. Management will lie right to your face. Favoritism is prominet for those who kiss up to Managers. Major concern is maximizing profit, not providing best care possible. HR Dept. is abesolutely useless.

      Pros

      5-day work week ... there are some people who do a good job

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They add layers and layers of invisible management people who have made so many bad decisions over the past few years. The management is proud of what they have done.
