      Pros

      Products are amazing and are very fulfilling to sell. The printer is in high demand so everyday is full of helping customers save tons of money on their lab bills.

      Cons

      The quota’s are a joke. No region has ever hit quota, yet they continue raising them. They continue to call reps lazy and blame them, however 98% of the Salesforce doesn’t hit quota. There has been very high turnover and its only going to get worse.

      Favoritism A lot of family/friends work there HR Dept unknowledgeable when it comes to suspensions, investigation, and complaints.

      While we appreciate your feedback, we do not have anyone on procurement for 3+ years because that department only came into existence one year ago. Even so, we take all feedback very seriously. It sounds like you did not like the outcome of something that occurred and have chosen this venue to vent which is certainly your right to do.

      Pros

      Peers are dedicated and knowledgeable. Health benefit are great.

      Cons

      The company exhibits a pronounced disparity between expected employee contributions and the commensurate value provided. A culture of excessive output without reciprocal investment has been cultivated. A notable shift towards cost-cutting measures emerged in mid-2023, exemplified by the elimination of employee amenities and the enforced return to a geographically inconvenient office location. This decision directly contradicted the initially presented work environment. Recent company gatherings have fostered a demoralizing atmosphere, positioning employees as expendable assets. This regression to a command-and-control management style is incongruent and those who can leave will run. Given these factors, I cannot recommend this company as a suitable workplace for experienced technical professionals.
