St Bernards is a great hospital to work if I was not looking to relocate I would retire from there

Pros

There is great opportunity and advancement there and since I have been there I have learned so much and it has also made me know without a doubt that I am working in the field that I am meant to be in and looking to advance higher there is no limit.

Cons

The only downside is that I have not been able to go back to school due to the hours that I work which has kind of had me at a stand still but nursing school is my next achievement that I will complete.
