Great mission with people committed to serving and teaching students from diverse backgrounds. Beautiful campus and wonderful students. Diverse academic programs in many professional career and liberal arts areas.

Cons

Due to the diversity of programs and limited budgets, staffing is tight and most staff often put in long hours to finish work.

Pros

I loved coming in to work, the atmosphere is very student directed. This is a private, Catholic institution, but open and accepting of many belief systems, life-styles, views and opinion.

Cons

It's slow-moving. It can be hard to create progress here. And the pay isn't good. Just enough, and sometimes not enough. Some of that is made up with good benefits, but that can only take you so far.
