St. Kate's is a great community with amazing faculty and staff. The leadership and mission are strong, and I appreciate that the mission thrives throughout the campus. There is flexibility to help with work-life balance.

Cons

The University is growing and adding programs, but resources are tight. Therefore, people are taking on more responsibility, which is impacting work-life balance. The University does not have a telecommute policy.

- Genuinely dedicated staff, faculty, and students - Tight-knit community - Flexible for working mothers - Beautiful campus - great for lunch-time walks in the summer - Great benefits including tuition remission (E/W/O program is great for working adults) - Authentic & genuinely mission-driven institution

- Compensation is regrettably low, consequently turn over is common in some departments\ - Loss of excellent staff to competitors - Burnout
