management doesn't care about employees, pays less than city hospitals, benefit plans basically force you to use st. clair services, constantly work short staffed

great providers and nursing care, clean hospital, friendly staff. community hospital feel. volunteers from the local community serve as greeters. there is a van that will pick up and drop off patients without access to a vehicle.

Cons

most physicians are employed, less autonomy, private docs are starting to sell out practice to hospital
