Great community hospital that is growing. People from the departments get to know you. Or at least smile and always say Hello when passing you by in the hallway. Sometimes it feels like a family-type group of hard working employees.

Cons

Overtime, not a great work-life balance.

Most of the people you work with are very kind and work well as a tem. The Emergency Department was the best place to be, oportunity for advancement is very satisfactory
