The clinical staff is generally great, benefits offered are very good

Cons

Corporate is extremely disconnected from the branches. Work-life balance is almost non-existent in some branches. Pay is on the lower end in all clinical positions compared to other companies.

The mission was wonderful. Hospice is very helpful to many people.

The management was in transition and was not aware of the negative impact from all the changes.
