They pay for short term disability. They give small bonuses.

Cons

Doesn't support employees. Pay is low. No autonomy. One clinical person runs the show for the entire company, and she doesn't respond quickly. All about the census numbers. Will threaten to fire you if numbers aren't satisfactory.
