Pros

Supportive colleagues – Team members are friendly and willing to help (if you are on a team that fosters this behavior) Strong clinical teams – Clinicians are knowledgeable and committed to patient care.

Cons

The role involves continuous changes due to a lack of standards or established processes. Each director makes up the rules daily The primary focus is solely on getting people on hospice — it’s all about the money! The organization is highly dysfunctional and lacks professionalism. Still using the 1990 sales model the pharma business once used Leadership is disorganized, ineffective, lack of CRM and technology tools
