Interactions with patients, families, and facilities.

Cons

No work/life balance, unfair compensation practices, unrealistic expectations in regards to case load and hours you are expected to work each day, you will never get a lunch, lots of miles on your vehicle, poor treatment from leadership, they will refuse to pay out your PTO when you leave even if you give notice.

The patients and their families. Being able to work within my specialty

Cons

Expected to do 5 visits and an admit at 8 weeks of employment. Support for new employees is minimal. When you try to share your needs or concerns administration turns it back on you. Worked 19 hours as new employee and had late documenting to complete. I had to refuse to work the next day so I could complete late work. No staff available to care for patients if you can't work.
