Patients and families are wonderful

LONG hard hours, no assistance, lack of communication. Job description says one thing but then they push on, you’ll be doing 3 job rolls without compensation!

Pros

Very rewarding work, enjoyed meeting wonderful patients and family members but that is truly the only pro about this job.

Cons

Service areas are way too big, takes 2+ hours just to travel to one location, staff was very competitive with each other and not willing to help out with other RNs caseloads. Very exhausting job, will work 50+ hours/week, NO flexibility in schedule at all, and there is zero understanding from people at corporate office.
