      Patients--this is the only pro.

      Cons

      Everything at this company is a con. Seriously, no honesty involved here. This company is one of those companies that actively recruit and don't deliver. Training and New Employee Orientation is a joke. I wish it were possible to give a negative five star review.

      Upper Management Needs a Clue

      Pros

      Working with patients and their families, to support them in their time of need. Bringing quality to end-of-life. Fleet vehicle program.

      Cons

      Good 'ol Boys club in senior leadership. Reactive style versus proactive. Unprofessional in communication from senior leadership. Lack of understanding as to what is happening "on the ground". Lack of advancement opportunities. Rapid growth in the company has resulted in areas of neglect. There is high turn over. HR changes the benefits providers a lot, which is confusing for employees and very inconvenient. Company doesn't allow retirement contributions until 6 months of employment. Vacation accrual could be more generous--especially given the intense/high burnout rate in this line of work.
