Pros

Beautiful campus to work on, a lot of people Who are passionate about their jobs, ability to collaborate on a lot of new things. Tuition remission if you want to go back to school for a graduate degree.

Cons

Not competitive pay for Austin, not able to join the retirement savings program until after a year of work, some people are lifers so upward mobility in some areas might be difficult.

Pros

St Edwards feels like a family, the people are always great. I was given tuition remission so that I could go back to school.

Cons

They do not pay the best and promotions are rare. They do generally give a cost of living increase annually.
