      Not what I expected

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, free parking, nice patients and families.

      Cons

      No team players, just few of them. Management runs as bureaucracy, no suggestions allowed, only if they come from these bureaucrats.

      Pros

      I learned a lot as it related to my career field.

      Cons

      Supervisor's treated me like I was incompetent and told me I should not work in the mental health field (even after getting an excellent performance review a month earlier). Then after I got into a car accident and was injured, I got fired for applying for short-term disability.
