St. Joseph's Health reviews

I think previous employees have commented on these issues but I need to express how real the issue are: Not enough adequate parking, no money to fix broken things such as power facilities, technology, no room for growth, poor compensation and the HR department is the worst! Unprofessional and unethical.

Nowhere to move up in this job, as management will not be leaving for the foreseeable future and staff position types are limited to 3 main categories. No opportunities for new training or learning; work becomes very monotonous--basically what you learn in your first week becomes what you do for the rest of your days as an employee here.
