I learned a lot as it related to my career field.

Cons

Supervisor's treated me like I was incompetent and told me I should not work in the mental health field (even after getting an excellent performance review a month earlier). Then after I got into a car accident and was injured, I got fired for applying for short-term disability.

Pros

staff was very friendly and willing to help each other. The nursing education helped me feel prepared to work as a PICU nurse even though I was a new graduate.

Cons

Some of the facility was a bit older, so some of the equipment was outdated. There could also be better communication between different departments.

Great work environment. Everyone here are helpful, nice and willing to use new technologies to improve their healthcare delivery. Nice place to grow your career.

Cons

I have to say that most of the employees are so busy since I was having an internship in the emergency department.
