      They are a small system that owns two other hospitals in the area but a part of the largest Catholic health system in the world

      Cons

      If you don't like doing the right thing this place is not for you. Close knit family atmosphere, sometimes it is hard to get work done when everyone knows your businesses

      Pros

      Faith Based Organization, Its Athens, Georgia. Great town, too bad this hospital is not as good as its advertising.

      Cons

      Lots of administrative red tape, insufficient staffing levels, unresponsive administration. Basic equipment and supplies not provided to take care of patients. Post-OP patients taken off of monitors because there are not enough to go around. So some patients' care is compromised to take care of the most "acute" post-op arrivals. TERRIBLE. 8 patients to one RN. TERRIBLE.
