      Easy job. Some supervisors are flexible.

      Cons

      Management is terrible within patient access. You can reach out to them with your concerns and never receive a response. Management expects for you to be cross trained in multiple departments, but don't want to increase your pay. Expect to figure out problems on your own because the managers don't know how to register or check in patients.
