      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Case Management department is toxic, the Director is unprofessional. Targets minority employees and gets others to do the same. Does not allow people to be themselves: Microaggressions against introverts. Does not care that metrics are being met, only wants people to be loud and gossip all day. Does not foster a safe environment. Horribly understaffed

      If you are interested in leadership opportunities and are a minority, don't expect growth. No paid holidays, must use your own pto to cover closings or observed holidays.
