Pros

Great Medical Benefits, Vacation time awful.

Cons

Do the work of three. Have to use your vacation/sick/holiday bank for everything, and including major holidays, even when your office is closed (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July) and the bank isn't very big to begin with. Promotions and raises are hard to come by. Don't feel valued. Very stressful.
