Flexible Hours Very nice supervisors Great coworkers Being able to help people that depend on you is very rewarding and will give you good experience if you want to go into nursing

Cons

They don't take into consideration of travel, was told I'd be within 15 miles of where I live and they sent me 45 minutes away.
