Small hospital so it makes for a good learning experience for a new grad

The fact that you are unable to apply to another position until waiting for a whole year and that every time you apply for another position within the company HR notifies management quickly

Flexible with time off request and work scheduled. However, you have to use your vacation time for holidays which makes no sense because the office is closed and you're not given the option to work if you like instead of using your vacation time.

Cons

No Support especially from Upper Management . Over worked and very under payed.
