Decent co-workers. Flexibility is great if you're per deim. Hours are plentiful if you want them. Freedom with out management watching over your shoulder.

Cons

Some Co-workers stir drama. Pay is a bit low. Management of the department could be better.

I enjoyed the nurses I worked with. The benefits, while not as good as public employees receive, were adequate. At the time I worked there I felt there was a positive corporate culture.

Cons

Like most hospitals, nursing staffing can be skimpy. This organization now owns several hospitals, one of which is a "magnet" so at that hospital they only hire nurses with bachelors. This is a catholic hospital, so your health insurance won't cover birth control.
