It’s healthcare - you can’t expect much

Pros

I love my coworkers and I truly believe that all clinical and medical staff have the patients best interests in mind. It is so refreshing working with staff who put the patients needs first.

Cons

Management is severely struggling. There is not enough staff to serve the number of patients being seen. Management has a very positive attitude that is out of touch with the reality that most of the clinics are understaffed, overworked and underpaid. They are willing to treat their staff poorly in order to increase patient load/revenue.

Pros

There's a lot I like about working here. Great people, for one. Lots of opportunities to learn things and much variety.

Cons

Everyone (in every department, as far as I can tell) is perpetually drowning in work because we are so understaffed. This means that work that needs to get done is constantly being missed in order to put out the next fire.
