Great training, great atmosphere and co-workers. Always had help when I needed it or the tools necessary to complete my tasks.Input for improvements were always listened to and considered.Great place to work I miss them.

Such great nurses and coworkers to be around. Tight knit coworkers who genuinely care about patient safety and care.

Cons

The management does not seem to value its employees feedback. Pay is not matched with other hospitals in the state. High turnover rate is the result of this.
