Horrible Management, Looking for a reason to fire you

Good Pay. $16 per hour with google express project

Cons

They took over Google Express project and turned it into crap. If you are thinking of doing it don't let them mislead you into thinking this will be the best job ever. Only do it temporarily. If anything, its a good resume builder. Point System is abused. Leaves no room for error which is why there is such a high turnover rate. You can even receive points with doctor's note on days you are sick but the way they do it is tricky. It was something like if you have it for two days only the second day will be covered or something like that which I'm sure is illegal. I quit because of the drama with the terrible management.

It's a job. They pay weekly and it's in a great area

Cons

The pay is not competitive...it's horrible actually. Management is out of touch with the teams. They have horrible hiring practices. During peek season they over hire and then without little warning let people go around Christmas. There are directors who manage remotely from across the U.S. and never have a real clue on what's going on. They need to spend less on travel and hotels for those who manage remotely and more on the staff doing the day to day work. Raises are horrible. Benefits are barely there and they move people around without giving raises as they should. In some departments you can only take vacation if business needs allow which seems to be a common excuse as to why you cant.
