Most of the jobs there does not require any sort of skill sets Most of the people you work with are great.

Cons

The pay should be higher for the environment you work in and the physically demanding nature of the job. The management is terrible and don't seem to know what they are doing. Constant revolving door of people likely due to the reason above.

Gateway to employment at client company.

Cons

Management is unresponsive and unreliable in accommodating those with non-physical disabilities. Management is also unable to communicate internally. Does not try to ensure that any equipment needed to perform skilled positions gets to the right people.
