Pros

Management very engaged and actually implements open door policy. They do a lot for their employees to keep everyone working as a team and prizes to drive self competition! Really great environment they’ve built as well as having quality work.

Cons

I can’t really think of anything at this time but each company will have its own cons. No red flags.
