I had the opportunity to join this small firm many years ago and be a part of it's growth. What an amazing journey it's been thus far! If you're not being challenged, you're not going to change or grow. I work with an unbelievable team where we share the same core values and mission. Go SRG!

Pros

Working for SRG has been a blessing. They have a great company culture and everyone is like family. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help and we all work together towards a common goal. They offer great commissions and benefits. One thing that is highly promoted is work-life balance. They encourage you to take your evening and weekends off to recharge.
