Free water nice building. Great tea kettle, Keurig, free food

Cons

Management is awful. HR is a joke. No one has any experience at being in management they were hired due to being someone’s child or babysitter or someone’s friend. It is sad. This could be a great place but due to poor leadership it is being run into the ground. Mismanagement of funds is the part that does not make this a sustainable business or job. Your paycheck will be short or messed up weekly.

Company has changed, it's USIC's twin. Meetings every morning to review production is too much. Took away 2 holidays
