Pros

"Fun" work environment on occasion

Cons

Boiler room environment, your life is dictated by the stopwatch, quantity is more important than quality, experience and expertise not respected. Also wages BARELY over minimum wage, not enough to live on as a single wage source.

Pros

The employees The only reason I gave it two stars is because it will help you find a better job having this on your resume

Cons

Call center that chains you to your desk. You are questioned about your bathroom breaks and how many minutes (MINUTES) you are away from the phone. SEVERLY UNDERPAID. No great tech job benefits like unlimited PTO Does not support WFH (going back to the office eventually) Managers micromanage (can’t blame them, they are probably micromanaged) No room for growth unless you want a $1 raise to do exponentially more work Unless you absolutely need the experience on your resume, RUN

Pros

1. Stock used to rock and seems to be climbing back. 2. A day off for a month worth of perfect attendance was nice.

Cons

I ended up at Stamps as part of Endicia acquisition and was struck by two things. 1. The inferior and more buggy software. 2. The ultra-controlling and domineering culture. You will be put in a straight jacket and your every move will be watched. The On the Job Expectations you'll receive are draconian with dire consequences. If you have free spirit, this isn't your type of company.
