Thank you for taking the time to provide us your thoughts. We take all feedback to heart and use it to help us grow and make Stamps.com and its family of companies a great place to work. All of the companies that Stamps.com has acquired are growing and have thriving employee populations; many of which have been with us since before acquisition. Recently we celebrated 5, 10, and 15 year anniversaries at Endicia in Northern California. We welcome you to contact us in Human Resources if you'd like to discuss your specific concerns in greater detail.

Great Location, Nice views from the rooftop

Cons

Only wanted to promote from within. Contractors did not have a chance of going full time.

Pros

Great people, great benefits, great perks, great culture! Company understands family needs/emergencies within reason. Laid back dress code. Executive team is very accesible and loves talking with everyone. This isn't just a job - they make it feel like home. Opportunties to be promoted within are constant. The company is always looking for an excuse to celebrate something - with food and drinks and themed parties.

Cons

New ideas, unless from upper management are often shot down. Change takes a LONG time. Many internal processes are very manual as the company still sees itself as a small business even though we are a publically traded company and our growth rate by clientel, usage and profit grow expenentially each year. Although some departments are pretty good with macro management, most are micro managed and have caused a lot of resentment with employees. Most departments feel short staffed and are overloaded.
