Competitive compensation, fulfilling work, flexibility in many aspects of the work culture, opportunity for growth.

Cons

The organization is constantly trying to innovate so there is frequent change. Not necessarily a con but if you are someone that does not embrace continuous change and transformation than you may have a hard time over the long term.

Pros

What the organization strives to do is great. Lots of great people who want to make a difference. Good compensation.

Cons

For an organization that preaches bottom-up solutions, the place is run from the top down. It claims to be a place where people are empowered to solve problems and make decisions, but nobody feels empowered and instead most just try to guess what the leaders want to hear and just do that. Guess right and you are rewarded (happens rarely). Guess wrong and you are not. Ask for guidance and you are criticized for not being entrepreneurial. Challenge senior leaders when you think they’re wrong and you find yourself marginalized or being let go.
