Pros

401k can’t be beat. Wfh for my team is great

Cons

You have to apply / interview for promotions. You won’t get it if you’re not a “favorite”. Multiple intenses of people with less overall experience, less time at the bank, and less production getting promos over more qualified / deserving individuals.

Pros

The company treats its employees well and the employees were all comfortably compensated in both monetary and health benefits. The employees were always treated fairly.

Cons

The technology was behind its contemporaries. The technology of other banks was light-years ahead. The processes were also outdated and were due for a review.

Pros

- International mobility and travel. - Helpful employees

Cons

- Employees do not believe in organisation or product. Always making fun of how horrible it is. I do not understand why they do not leave. - Very average employees. Organisation goes down to the level of the lowest common denominator. Why should the ambitious employees bother putting in any effort, if everything is going to stall because of poor processes and incompetent employees? - Senior management totally out of touch with reality. - Technology is terrible. Very confusing processes - people just make it up as they go along. Often work becomes compensating for poor technology and processes. - Extremely bloated organisation. Too many cooks to spoil the broth. Everyone asks for status updates - creates duplication of communication.
