Compensation package is similar to financial companies. Benefits were paid and retirement plans included generous matching. The company owners play a significant role in identifying financial gains within the businesses and act accordingly. People are proficient in their jobs.

Cons

Areas of the company are rigid, fear change and operate on surface level political decisions. Hostility and rudeness towards employees is common. Technology innovation is obsolete and non existent. The chief technology office is resistant to change, blocks ideas which has failed to digitally transform the company.
