Pros

Benefits are good, but it is nearly impossible to advance to better job opportunities.

Cons

The employees with multiple high ranking outstanding educational degrees have a different experience from the regular workers, who have difficulty in getting promotions. Unless you are in the late X-Generation, and are very close friends with someone who is in a position to hire, you will never get promoted or move to a better opportunity.

Pros

If you like unregulated air and working in a cramped office, you will like Stanfords IT department

Cons

But stay away if you want to be content in your career. You will be micromanaged by multiple supervisors, each of which has their own agenda for you. If you complain you will be shunned and treated unfairly

Pros

Pay, Medical and thats about it... really...

Cons

If you value self respect, don't go to work for SHC. CEO Amir Dan Rubens agenda is to expand SHC (in other words, his) empire. Even at the expense of his employees. Management is a joke, especially in the General Services department. They micro manage EVERYTHING and treat their subordinates like children and attempt's to stand up for yourself is swiftly dealt with as if you are forming an insurrection. Preception is paramount, and the reality is dismissed. The CI Care format is crammed down our throats and it is expected to be followed as scripture. Speaking of that, we are basically walking scripts with the fake Pan Am smile. God forbid we are seen as human by the patients or visitors... or worse the families. The work enviorment is toxic and hostile for lack of better words...
