Stanford Health Care reviews

I feel that Stanford administration spends all their time touting the grand state of affairs (employee satisfaction, good outcomes, and national rankings), but they don't look ahead to see what they could do to improve patient and employee conditions. My unit does not have a break nurse, frequently understaffed, encouraged to NOT bring up the fact that we are understaffed, not given full break time, and employees are encouraged to clock out on time even if you have more work to do (dangerous to the nurse re license and continuation of care).

No support for middle management. People become managers due to injury. They are left to drown and the front line suffers
