The salary is very good for the position. Excellent benefits. Nice central location downtown. Their is many really good people that work for the County and City,

Cons

Upper management members are dishonest, backstabbing, arrogant and manipulative. Many older employees were purposely harassed to quick, transfer or retire. The manager will straight up lie to employees and the public. Disclaimer: These cons only apply to this particular department, other departments have kind, honest, hardworking upper management teams and leaders.

Good pay, good benefits, good work load, climate controlled offices. Nice enough location with good places to eat or to get good coffee.

Cons

The most incompetent and arrogant and ignorant and dishonest supervisor's and management team I have ever had the displeasure to work with.
