The people here are cold and uncaring. Not a single person ever came by my desk and asked how I was doing or showed me proper company procedures, yet they were quick to point out that i wasn't following their standards properly. The environment is dreadful. There's also a revolving door mentality. When it gets a bit busier, this company will poach people from other companies and will fire those same people without notice within months when things slow down. This happens a lot due to the weak management who have serious difficulty getting work. Because of this on-going practice, they have difficulty attracting people. Everyone in the industry is quite aware of their practices. The Markham office has very little work and it's empty most of the time. Not a place I would recommend to anyone unless you like looking for new employment every few months. Scary place if you have a family to support,

Same tired corporate approach to recognizing the individual through their CDPR yearly review process, which goes nowhere. Management is weak and inefficient. You never know what's going to happen next. Internal communication is just as weak as management and they are both linked together. If you are a professional, you do your best and plan for the worst, due to weak managers who just don't have the chops. Dreadful.
