Pros

Salary and wages are very good in my opinion. The upper management seems to care about the employees. I feel that MWH hires well and knows how to pick the right person for a particular job/position.

Cons

Insurance benefits are really lacking. The prescription plan is horrendous and very inconvenient when a person needs to have a regular or maintenance RX filled.

Cons
