      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunity at firm. New initiatives and local, regional, and national groups provide opportunity to contribute at a variety of scales. Great teams across many disciplines. Holiday shut down is one of many great perks.

      Cons

      Compensation or changes in compensation take too long to get caught up to industry standards. Perks and workplace environment help this though and outweigh the gap to a degree.

      Pros

      After work activities, team structure, opportunities for growth, shiny new office. Wellness account based on active-ness of employee. Focused on healthy employees. Volunteering in the community to offset the horrible work they do in community. Branding is great.

      Cons

      shiny new office cost the company millions and layoffs occurred as soon as the price of a barrel of oil fell. No warnings for down sizing. People at the top were the last to go. Branding made a mockery of what they really stood for.

      Pros

      Great to build experience, especially after graduation, Expect long working hours. Someone who is still a junior engineer will feel like a great career boost. Their employee career development program is a good incentive

      Cons

      After some time, you feel like you don't go up. You don't learn much and bosses aren't really trying to help you. Someone recommended me to even leave and work somewhere else and come back when more experience is gained.
