      Pros

      The client groups and internal staff. The people used to make the workplace. The diversity of work as well used to be good.

      Cons

      No processes or guidelines. Very disfunctional, leadership and management doesn't listen to staff. You're just another number and have no idea what your job role is because management don't even know. Very dysfunctional and exhausting mentally to work there.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and are willing to transfer to other offices. Work always changing depending on the project. Good Stampede barbecue.

      Cons

      Very little direction, seem preoccupied with buying other companies rather than investing in what they already have. Spatial data management and data licensing doesn't seem to be a high priority.
