      Pros

      Generally everyone is working towards the same goal despite the working on different joint venture platforms. The HR and development & learning team are very devoted to their employees.

      Cons

      In some frameworks it is disappointing how the lack of clarity in terms of when the projects will "land" has a negative knock-on effect to the business and makes realistic forecasting very difficult.

      Pros

      Over the years have met some lovely people. The experiences I've gained from previous employer FST opened my eyes for what was to come from Stantec.

      Cons

      Upper management, including former BOD are too concerned with lining their pockets. No respect for employees that go above and beyond. However they do allow people to play on Facebook & enjoy Solitare while getting paid. Not so great for moral of dedicated employees.
