      Pros

      If you're rude and enjoy stepping over others to raise yourself in the company then you'll do well. Some social events.

      Cons

      Rude people who get away with being rude and getting promoted at the same time. Management will drop you like a rock as soon as your group doesn't perform. Lay offs are common and happen yearly. GIS group thinks they are great but are poorly managed. Horrible RRSP matching.

      A lot of learning opportunity with onsite construction managers and superintendents. Able to assist in many different aspects of the construction project.

      Cons

      Long hours are required. Heavy workloads are expected on smaller projects due to poor staffing decisions.
