Pros

They have a lot of events that involve the employees with the community and with other departments of the company. They also have a bunch of volunteer opportunities. It seems that the inter-office culture is very strong.

Cons

Like any big company, bottom line is most important. if they need to cut employees to maintain profitability, they do it ruthlessly and without warning. There are no chances to take time off or minimize work time with low work load.

Pros

Decent benefits package. System to progress in areas of expertise for salary increases. Powerful computer software tools.

Cons

A lot of pressure to find your own jobs to keep yourself billable. A lot of pressure on utilization rates makes you afraid to bill admin time. VPN is so slow it is hard to get anything done. Web browser is antiquated to the extent that very few webpages will even load and the company won't update it. Company blocks internet sites, makes research difficult.
