Pros
Some of the best supervisors I've ever had in my almost 20 years working experience. They are open, honest, and always defend and support you when you need it. Corporate office follows through with the "community" culture, and we have all been supported through COVID-19.
Cons
Sometimes Project Managers/Engineers only focus on getting things done, not what it takes to do the tasks/projects or reasons why it's taking longer. But that's the nature of people, not necessarily the company.
